I need to inquiry: how do you consider the Popper's error-correcting mechanism with an institution like the United Nations? There are at least two blocks with the veto rights wherein the UN. There are also suborganisations, such as UNHRC or WHO, with very uncertain and questionable agenda. UNSC is a Cold war society they said more than 10 years ago in Finland for the people were frustrated....
